GARY R. GELLER B.A., JD

Gary is the managing partner of Geller & Minster where he provides strategic advice to his clients. For the past 37 years, he has acted and represented clients in real estate focusing on purchases, sales, commercial ventures and working with private lenders and financial institutions throughout Ontario. Gary has acted for large corporations requiring the relocation of their employees, necessitating the selling of their homes in order to relocate. In corporate commercial law, he assists clients to acquire or sell businesses, negotiate contracts and agreements. In the area of wills and estates, his personal attention to the overall family and business needs are primary considerations.

Gary attended the University of Toronto receiving a B.A. with honours focusing on economics and political science. In 1978, he graduated from the University of Windsor’s Law School with a J.D.

DOUGLAS W. PORTER B. ADMIN., LL.B.

With over 25 years of experience, Douglas’ practice concentrates on all areas of real estate including purchases, sales, mortgages and the mortgaging of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout Ontario. In the area of litigation, he is focused primarily on debt collection, mortgage enforcement, and real estate. In the areas of wills and estates, Doug drafts wills and powers of attorney and does estate administration. In small business law, he undertakes the purchase and sales of businesses, commercial leasing, and incorporations.

Douglas earned a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990.
